| 地質螺旋鉆桿是我公司在地質鉆桿高扭矩性能的基礎上，采用單螺旋葉片或雙螺旋葉片，經預應力纏繞工藝加工焊接而成。 鉆桿桿體選用優質地質專用合金鋼管，鉆桿接頭選用優質合金結構鋼，經真空調質處理，大大提高了抗疲勞強度和抗剪切強度。 采用先進的摩擦焊焊接生產工藝，鉆桿具有抗彎強度高，焊接牢固等特點。 生產設備完全采用先進的數控加工設備，具有生產效率高、質量穩定的特點。能夠保證深孔鉆進時對直線度的要求。超低螺旋的螺旋葉片設計使該產品具有扭矩大，排渣速度快，鉆孔成型好，不易卡鉆的特點。特別適合于通水排渣效果不好的松軟煤層和類煤巖的深孔鉆探。 直徑Φ73以下的地質螺旋鉆桿，可與各種全液壓鉆機直接配套使用，利用鉆機直接夾裝鉆桿螺旋外圓進行鉆進和更換鉆桿，方便快捷，大大降低了操作人員的勞動強度。在超松軟高壓煤層條件下的鉆孔，采用套鉆施工工藝時，可選用直徑為90，113，133，146的大螺旋地質鉆桿，便捷實現巖芯管的鋪設安裝。本系列產品為礦井的高效深孔鉆探提供了保證，填補了國內空白。 |
